Cancellation Policy
1. Please arrive for your flight 30 minutes prior to scheduled take-off. 2. Book a Seat Flights require a minimum of 4 passengers. Flights may be cancelled or rescheduled if minimum passenger numbers are not booked on your preferred time. If you require a certain booking please contact our team to discuss private charter options for you or your group. 3. Passenger weights will be recorded before flying so please try to provide an accurate weight with your booking so we can reschedule the flight due to take-off weight restrictions. 4. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to communicate with your pilot prior to take off or while in flight.
